Guided Autobiography I
Guided Autobiography is a course which combines life review and autobiographical writing. In-class exercises and discussion on weekly themes stimulate participants' creativity and bring forth memories on the week's theme. Participants use the exercises and discussions as a foundation to write a two-page autobiographical story based on the week's theme. In each session participants will also share the stories that they write each week with a small group of classmates. Guided Autobiography is suitable for people of all ages and backgrounds who are interested in exploring their personal histories and capturing their life stories in written form. No previous writing experience is necessary.
