Mind@Rest Guided Meditation

Experience inner peace and relaxation through the use of guided imagery and visualization. Give yourself permission to rest, balance, and restore. This class helps to alleviate stress while tapping into new sources of energy. Take one class or all four. Students will need to bring a yoga mat, light blanket, and small pillow.
