Campus Safety

At Onondaga Community College, we take the safety and security of our students very seriously. Over the years, the College has continuously evaluated security operations and has taken a number of actions to improve and strengthen the security of the campus, already one of the safest in the SUNY system. Campus Safety features include:

• Highly trained campus safety peace officers on duty 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
• Mass emergency notification plan
• 38 fully functional Emergency Call Boxes (also called "blue lights") installed throughout campus
