School Violence Prevention & Intervention

Applicants for a teaching certificate are required to complete at least two clock hours of course work or training in school violence prevention and intervention in accordance with Section 3004 of the Education Law. This includes individuals applying for certification as teacher assistants, teachers, pupil personnel services, professionals, and school administrators.
