The best season in Onondaga Community College Cross Country history got a little better today.  There were a few highlights from the national championship meet at Holyoke Massachusetts.  The Women's team for the first time in our school's history more

Onondaga Community College Cross Country has had it's best season ever and it is not over yet.  The region 3 championships were held at Alfred State in the snow and the mud.  The extremely hilly course was saturated with water.  Streams were were running down the hills and the mud and cold made for real cross country.  more

The Women of the Onondaga Community College Cross Country Team showed amazing composure at the University of Rochester Yellow Jacket Invitational.  Between the sideways rain, the bitter cold, the extremely muddy course and the fact that they were off the bus with about 2 minutes to spare, they let nothing phase them. more

The Women's cross country team for the Lazers was complete for the first time this year at the Cazenovia Invitational.  They finished 8th out of the 10 teams in the competition.  The meet was primarily 4 year schools with the winning team on the women's side being Ithaca and the on the men's side Hartwick. more

The Men's and Women's team competed at the LeMoyne Invitational.  This was Chris Handelmann's (17:27) first college race and a breakthrough race for Robert Saunders (17:31). more

The women and men of the cross country team both finished second at the Alfred State Invitational.  The women were led by freshman Meg Guzewicz and the men were led by Kevin Zych.  Kevin for the second week in a row won the invitational.   more

The Onondaga Community College Men's and Women's teams opened up this year at the SUNYIT invitational.  The men's team started the season well finishing 9th out of 15 teams (8th out of 12 in our division) with Kevin Zych winning the 6k event in 19:57.  He missed the course record by less than a second.  more
