Biography

Cynthia Warner is a licensed physical therapist and a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA). She has taught at Onondaga for nearly 18 years and holds a bachelor’s degree in physical therapy and a master’s degree in education. She is currently enrolled in a doctorate program in physical therapy.
