NYS Regents High School Chem (77 or C+ min) - Out of state Chem with 77 or higher is acceptable. Must be an organic-based chemistry course (no lab required)

1 year High School Chemistry (Regents if in NYS), CHE 151, or General Chem or equivalent. Grade of 77% or better in course used to meet pre-reqs.

Completion of one year of high school Biology (NYS regents or equivalent) or college level Biology

20 Clinical observation hours or service learning work in physical therapy setting prior to apply to PTA program
