She performed in masterclasses and studied with the world’s greatest flutists including Sir James Galway, Julius Baker, John Oberbrunner, Walfrid Kujala, and more.
Ms. Grener serves as a NYSSMA woodwind adjudicator for all state, regular woodwind, and major organizations. She had served in the capacity of band teacher and woodwind lesson teacher in the West Genesee Central School district for over two decades. She continues to serve as guest clinician for both flute and band across New York state.
Ms. Grener is grateful for her life both performing and helping others in music. "Music expresses that which cannot be said and on which it is impossible to be silent. Music gives a soul to the universe, wings to the mind, flight to the imagination, and life to everything."
