When am I able to enter my final grades?

At the end of each semester, faculty will be given access to Grade Submission to enter their student’s final grades on MyOCC. The grading deadlines are posted on the Academic Calendar and reminders are sent via e-mail.

Do I need to enter all my grades at once?

It is not necessary to enter all your grades for a particular class or for all classes at one time. To save the grades you have entered at any point and go back at a later time to enter more, click on Submit. This saves the grades you have entered so far. You can return later to enter more grades. It is mandatory to enter grades for all students. Students may view their grades once you have submitted the grades and the Office of Registration and Records has verified the grades. Grades are verified on a nightly basis once the grading cycle begins.

How do I submit a grade change?

You must submit grade changes using the electronic Change of Grade form.

When can students view their final grade?

Once the Office of Registration and Records verifies grades, the student can view his/her grades on MyOCC. The Office of Registration and Records verifies grades nightly during the final grading cycle.
