OCC Music Professor Emeritus Donald Miller wrote "Here Rests in Honored Glory" as a tribute to Veterans who paid the ultimate price and their surviving families. During the final week of calendar year 2018, Governor Andrew Cuomo signed a bill which made it New York State's "hymn of remembrance in honor of all American veterans."
