Operating Budget

The College’s final operating budget, as approved by Onondaga County and the SUNY Trustees as described in the College’s policy on development, adoption and acceptance of the operating budget.

VII. Procedures

Where necessary and feasible within the total dollar amount of the operating budget, the College’s Board of Trustees may approve the transfer of appropriations from one function or object of expense account to another. Where a proposed amendment will require an increase in the total operating budget, both Onondaga County and the SUNY Trustees must also approve the amendment. As soon as the College anticipates requesting an amendment to increase its total operating budget, the College shall immediately report the matter to the SUNY Chancellor or his/her designee.
