Step 1: Copy the signature option you need.

Step 2: Add your signature to Outlook.
If you're using web-based Outlook
- Open web-based Outlook.
- Click the Gear icon near the top right of the window
- Click Compose and reply.
- Click your cursor in the email signature text area.
- Paste the copied signature.
- Modify the text to contain your name, details, and contact information.
- Click Save.
- Close Settings by clicking the X in the top right corner of the dialog window.
