OCC has helped to make that dream a reality. The faculty and staff care about me and are supportive of my goals. Being away from friends, professors, and the community at school has been tough on not just me, but also the many other students I’ve talked to. But we’re here. "Finishing the semester to me feels very liberating, it wasn’t an easy transition to go from on campus classes to online classes, but nevertheless we always pull through. I do miss seeing my friends and attending lectures done by amazing professors, but I’m okay with it, because I know we will make it back eventually. I am looking forward to working with Phi Theta Kappa these next 2 semesters and I can’t wait to get my degree!"
